Background
Diamond Smith begin her career as a writer and later developed a passion for filmmaking. She now attends Temple University as a senior in pursuit of BA in film and media arts attending Temple University. Throughout the years she has gained numerous skills and created her own production company which services small business and events. This since has allowed her to work on many projects with various Philadelphia natives such as Quincy Harris, Nakia Dillard, David Dibona and Steven Michael. In the end Diamond wants to use her platform to create meaningful and inspiring stories for people of all ages.

Bachelors in Arts degree with a study of Film and Media Arts. Build my resume through volunteer programs at camps and on sets for local directors. I also gained knowledge through extensive study courses such as Producing, Directing Fundamentals and Screen Writing.

Associates degree in liberal Arts. Volunteered for Christmas drive and food drives throughout school semester.

• Supported Director and sound by managing slate track of scene to stay on track for post-production
• Kept track of equipment used and managed proper setup and breakdown during production
• Organized props ensuring consistency throughout scene takes to maintain continuity for future scene takes

• Provided feedback to actors on set to develop a different reaction for their scene partner to give better performance while shooting
• Collaborated with director to create different shot selections that were not traditional to angel or camera direction format
• Supported camera team to keep track of scene recordings, scene information and audio syncing so the scene could be followed in post correctly
